• Complete the registration for the Private Sale with your Pomellato or Dodo Company Mail
• Login to Private Sale
• Go in the section INVITE A FRIEND
• Enter the emails of friends and family you want to invite (6 maximum)

If you need help resetting your password, you can create new one by clicking on the "Forgot Password ?" button in the Login page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

The purchased Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser and the relevant shipping costs (equal to Euro 13,00) shall be borne by the purchaser.

Products purchased on the occasion of the Private Sale cannot be returned or replaced.

We are sorry but we will not perform any repair, cleaning, polishing and refurbishing on the Products purchased on the occasion of the Private Sale.

If a purchased Product is no longer available, the purchaser will receive an automatic refund of the amount paid for the purchase of that Product.
